What is the top challenge facing Product Managers?
Last week’s poll of product professionals revealed the following:
The top challenge is not what we thought…
It is “Ideation and creativity” – nearly 50% of those surveyed find this to be the top challenge.
Does seem to make sense?
Product Managers often orchestrate innovation.
They are required to collaborate between teams, keep everyone motivated.
Be up to date with the relevant skills across all the different functions and domains.
Product success depends on it.
But when does a PM find time for ideation?
What does it take to come up with creative solutions?
Is creativity an individual thing?
Or is there some kind of team model?
How do you get your creative ideas?
